Capacity Building Toolkit
This toolkit is for local arts councils and nonprofit organizations to strengthen infrastructure, build capacity, support current business practices, and provide a "go to" resource. It is a living document, subject to revision and correction. Suggestions for resources are actively encouraged. Please contact Liz Smith with any suggestions you may have.

Change Leader Program
The Change Leader Institute is a five-day leadership program that focuses on tools and skills necessary to lead change. The goals of the program are two-fold: to increase the adaptive capacity of arts administrators and community leaders, and to create a mentoring network within the Utah arts community. Certified Change Leaders continute to meet, network and share resources. Applications are now being accepted for the next Change Leader Institute.
