CONDITIONS GOVERNING LOAN OF OBJECTS

1. It is understood that any object(s) covered by this receipt shall remain in the condition in which it is received. It shall not be cleaned, repaired, retouched or altered in any way except with written permission of the owner of the object(s).
   
   
2. The borrower will be responsible for the objects(s) for the duration of the loan.
   
   
3. The borrower agrees to use all due care to ensure that no loss, theft or damage occurs to the object(s) and will be personally liable for any such loss, theft or damage caused by any act of negligence or unauthorized action which deviates from any term of this agreement.
   
   
4. Damages, regardless of who may be responsible therefore, shall be reported immediately to the Utah Arts Council.
   
   
5. The borrower my photograph the object(s) covered by this receipt only for record and publicity purposes and for reproduction in any exhibition catalog. Paintings and drawings must not be removed from their frames for photographing.
   
   
6. Borrowers may not reproduce such object(s) in any media (including photographs) for purpose of sale.
   
   
7. There will be NO change in location of the object(s) without prior consent of the Utah Arts Council.
