Celebrating fifty years of the Utah Shakespeare Festival as seen through the eyes of its artists, audiences, and community. From very humble beginnings in 1961 to a professional theatre company which received the 2000 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre, the Utah Shakespearean Festival has provided entertainment, enrichment, and education. These photographs, taken by Boyd D. Redington, trace the evolution of this internationally-recognized theatre company.
