Now Playing Utah Calendar

NowPlayingUtah.com will provide the largest database of Utah arts and cultural events on one site, as well as a location for additional listings of classes and workshops, jobs, auditions, organizations, venues, public art, and individual artists.

NowPlayingUtah.com has contracted with the national content management firm, BeDynamic, Inc., to gather, process and monitor information for the events calendar. You can expect to hear from their editors as they are currently researching events.

Please add BeDynamic.com, to your press distribution lists and e-mail your current season calendar/upcoming schedule of events and press releases to: UtahInfo@BeDynamic.com. Please make sure that the BeDynamic.com domain is added to your spam blocker white list.

To ensure that your events are included in the NowPlayingUtah.com events calendar:

1. All submitted events must include:
• Event Name
• Event Dates
• Event Times
• Event Prices
• Event Description
• Organization/Producer information (include address, phone number, e-mail and Web site)
• Venue Information (include address, phone number, e-mail and Web site)
• Images (You can submit up to seven images for each event - one primary and six for the gallery. Images should be submitted in JPG format and should be no larger than three megabytes in size.)

• Video – You can submit video clips of your events and organization. Please note that we cannot host the actual video. You will need to host your video with a third party video host (i.e. You Tube, Google Video) and then send the ‘embed’ code that your video host provides. Video submissions need to be sent to support@NowPlayingUtah.com.

2. Event details must be submitted a minimum of four weeks before the event takes place. (The calendar will be updated twice a month.)
