Artspace has opened its new building in downtown Salt Lake City!
The renovated warehouse offers artist live/work two-story with basement loft townhouses. Each comes with washer/dryer, skylight, 1.5 baths, hardwood floors, exposed brick and beams, and reserved parking. Lease for $800 - $900.

The artist studios have sinks and temperature control. Prices begin at $385 for a 485 square foot studio.

This renovated warehouse at 230 S 500 West will be an arts community with galleries and nonprofit offices along with the townhouses and studios. Artspace is selecting for artists in this project.
