Artist Resource Center
Resources include current arts periodicals along with a library of books on art marketing, business, legal issues and funding. The ARC also has a copy machine, a dual-deck VCR and a PC with internet access and Microsoft Word. Get the most up-to-date information about the local, national and international arts competitions and opportunities.

Poet Laureate
Utah initiated its State Poet Laureate program in 1997. The Poet Laureate is a Governor-appointed advocate for literature and the arts throughout the state. The Poet Laureate is available for readings at public events and in venues including libraries, universities, schools, etc.

Utah Arts Council Products
An assortment of products produced by Utah Arts Council staff as a resource for artists, educators, and organizations, and for the enrichment of anyone interested in Utah culture and traditions.

Utah Arts Council Publications
The Utah Arts Council produces many publications like newsletters, instructional handbooks, guidebooks, reports, many that may be obtained free of charge, some viewed online, and others purchased for a nominal fee.

Utah Public Art Slide Bank
The Public Art Program maintains a bank of slides of artist's work from all over Utah and the United States. The slide bank of artists interested in public art projects in Utah may be used by State agencies, corporations, and/or individuals when an artist's services are required for design or public art projects. Any visual artist may be included in the Utah Public Art Program slide bank and will be automatically added to the mailing list to receive Requests for Qualifications and/or Proposals for new State projects.

Traveling Exhibit Program
The Traveling Exhibits Program (TEP), sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, is a collaborative partnership with museums, colleges, university and community galleries, arts and cultural centers, libraries and schools in the State of Utah. This program brings the collections and resources of the Utah Arts Council and special exhibits provided by various organizations to you and your community.

Workshops and Seminars
The Utah Arts Council offers a variety of workshops for artists and arts administrators, and our Arts Education Program lists opportunities for professional development for arts educators.
