2008 All State High School Art Show

This statewide high school art competition
and exhibit, sponsored annually by the Springville Museum
of Art, provides a professional forum for students to
display their best work. For many high school students,
the exhibit is their first taste of artistic competition
and prepares them for future competitions they may encounter.
Beyond this recognition and experience, selected Senior
Class exhibitors receive scholarships awarded by the art
schools of Utah colleges and universities.
The works selected for the traveling
exhibition illustrate the exceptional talent, diversity,
originality, and creativity of Utah's young visual artists.
The exhibition is also a tribute to the art teachers in
Utah's high schools who inspire, direct and refine the
work of these artists.
